Packed at the factory, delivered where the event is.
Packing
Bags are packed flat, 50–100 pieces per 7-ply corrugated carton depending on size, with carton labels showing the product code, quantity and your PO reference. Custom carton sizes, inner poly bags and individual packing are available on request.
Delhi NCR
Delivered from the Ghaziabad unit by our own transport or a courier. Deliveries are to the ground floor; tell us in advance if the site has parking, lift or unloading restrictions.
Outstation orders
Anywhere in India by road transport or courier, whichever suits the weight and distance. Cartons carry your purchase order reference, and we share the tracking details once the consignment leaves.
Exhibitions & events
Venue deliveries need a named person and a mobile number on site, since halls will not accept unattended consignments. Tell us the stand number, the hall's build-up window and any vehicle or height limits.
Before dispatch, tell us
- Delivery address and a contact name with a mobile number
- The delivery window that suits the site
- Any road, height, parking or unloading restrictions
- Whether the delivery point is above ground floor
- Pallet or carton-size limits at the receiving end
- Your PO number for the carton labels
