Before you order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. Tell us the quantity you need and we quote for it; unit price comes down as quantity goes up.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Send the product code and your artwork and we make a sample to your specification for approval before bulk production. Sample and courier charges are confirmed with the quotation.
Can you print my logo or design on the bag?
Any logo or design can be screen-printed on the bag. Embroidery is also available. Extra charges apply for printing and embroidery.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with text outlined are best. High-resolution JPEG or PNG at 300 dpi also works. See the artwork guide for details.
Can the bags be made in specific Pantone shades?
Yes. Bags can be printed or dyed to match your Pantone references. PMS colours are approximate on natural fibres, so expect slight variation.
What do you need to give me a quotation?
The product code (or a description), the size (width × height × gusset), fabric colour, print specification, handle type, quantity and any other detailing. We work in both cm and inches.
What if I want something that is not in the catalogue?
Most of our work is custom. Tell us the size, fabric, handle and print you need and we will make a sample to your specification.
How are the bags packed?
50–100 bags per 7-ply corrugated carton. Custom carton sizes and other packing are available on request.
What payment options do you accept?
Bank transfer: NEFT, RTGS or UPI to our current account. Terms (advance and balance) are confirmed with your quotation. We do not accept credit cards.
What is jute?
A long, soft, shiny vegetable fibre that is spun into coarse, strong threads. It is also known as hessian, burlap or gunny.
